Facts about chickens

 FACTS  ABOUT CHICKENS...
As most of you know Chickens are my
favorite animal and some animals are very interesting such as Chickens.     
So we shall get into the facts.

1. chickens can recognize up to 100  different ones of
its species.

2.  chickens can see fall wide color just like humans.
so that means they can see red, unlike other animals.

3. When a predator such as cats and dogs are around,  Chickens make loud noises
to tell other chickens.

4. There are about 25 billion chickens in the world. More there are humans.

5. There are more chickens than any other bird on the planet.

6. A mother hen can lay about 300 eggs per year.

  1. Another great blog Zach. 25 billion boy oh boy thats a lot of chickens.My favouite chicken is Chicken Little have you seen his movie?That chicken rocks. Well constructed and easy to read/enjoy. Maybe at the end you could of told us why you love chickens so much. Stay awesome.

  2. Hi Zach, after talking, I found a fun fact about chickens...
    Why did the chicken cross the road? Georgians will never know the answer thanks to a law that forbids chicken owners from letting their poultry cross the road.

  3. HI Zach this is so fascinating I really like the way you were explaining it in a interesting way maybe next time you could add a few more pictures so people that can't read understand It was really nice to see your work be it was amazing for your year level.

    This blog post is so interesting Zach, I never knew chickens could see fall wide color just like humans.
    so that means they can see red, unlike other animals. (So interesting)
    I think you could have made the text a little bigger so it is easier to read.
    You should next time maybe not put the title again on the blog post, so you see how you have named the blog post and then put the title at the top before you put the facts about chickens, that is a little weird because then there are two titles.
